Can't activate studio one

Just get sent in circles. No real help. They refer you to the FAQ page. This does not address the circles the self-help sends you through. You can reply such as is with this page, you can send your phone number for a call back. But you just get out on an endless waiting list. And probably by the time they reply Ill be in the middle of a work load and cant take the call.

Extremely poor customer support service from PreSonus
I just subscribed to a PreSonus monthly plan for Studio One+ and the only response I received is an email with an invoice and receipt for this purchase. I have received no information nor guidance on how to download this software package and there is no way in *** to contact anyone to get the technical support I need. This is happening in the first hour of my contact with PreSonus and it is deplorable. I would like to cancel my subscription and have my money refunded immediately.

I purchased your interface to replace a universal audio single channel volt. Spent almost 6 hours trying to figure out how to get sound out of it. It could record but it couldnt plan anything. Called tech-support/customer service for help and they were zero help. As a result Im not keeping it, sorry Maybe your front line support people could actually help people in the future, this is got to be a common problem on windows

No Customer service in any way!

Just purchased their equipment at the Guitar Center over the weekend and cannot register the product which is what you have to do first before using it. I tried calling the customer service number on their brochure and I get an error message. I also tried one I saw here on Pissed Consumer and it was not in service either. So I emailed them and it bounced. I am furious! Better off with a professional company that answers their phones and emails and not run from the big world. They should not even be in business!!!

The only update to this miserable situation is that I was referred to a chat site where they claim to have experts to solve these problems but they immediately asked for payment.

I was just billed for PreSonus Studio One+ monthly subscription plan and have received an Invoice and Receipt for this transaction. I have received no instruction nor guidance on how to proceed with access to this DAW so that I can start using it. All of my efforts to get technical customer support have reached a dead-end.

Lost product key

Hello. I purchased preSonus studio one 3 some years back on a computer that has recently crashed and is unable to be used again.

I would like to activate my account on a different computer.

I was able to install PreSonus and log into my account on my new computer, but am prompted to type in a Product Key to activate it. I bought this software I long time ago and no longer have the Product Key that came with the software.

When clicking "view product" in my account on the "Studio One 3 Artist" under software, I see a 28 digit code that I believe is the product key, but when I type theses digits in to try and activate the software, I get an error message saying "An error occured at the server (status 301)."

How can I proceed from here with activating my old purchased version of Sudio one 3 on my new computer?

I have tried calling customer support and sat on hold for over an hour just to be immidately hung up on.

Advice on mishap with StudioLive

Liquid was spilled onto a StudioLive mixer. It was not powered up at the time. I'd like advice about possible problems resulting from mishap. There was no answer at the Presonus tech support phone number - I have also emailed them and am awaiting a reply. I am sound tech/open mic host at venue.

Studio One Setup

I have tried to get my studio one to function for literally years and failed dozens of times wasting countless hours reading guides and searching the internet. I gave up for the past 2 years but am considering trying once again with version 6 but am very concerned about your customer support. I need to know if you have a phone number I can call to talk to a live tech person. If so, I would like to have this number and test it before I spend any more money with PreSonus. ThankYou.

User's recommendation: Be aware that there is no phone support for their products. All support is email “tickets”. I find this completely unacceptable, personally.

Presonus 16.4.2 AI Dante compatibility

Never got a response or callback Nothing. I needed to find out if old SL 16.4.2 was Dante compatible. The person I spoke to knew nothing and assured me I would get an email/call. That was false. No I would not recommend a presents board/product that was not Dante Capable.

User's recommendation: The consoles are good as long as you do not require Dante. They have a bridge that does 16 channels for $600 while Midas and Behringer have offerings that offer 64 channels.

I had to call for assistance. I am not computer savvy and of age trying to come into the 21st Century as my children desire. Honestly it is todays way to keep up with current events. MARC really assisted me in finding out I registered it 4 days ago and never received a notication that I saw. He handled everything with kid gloves. Bravo Marc! Good Job! ONE LOVE BRO. One Love !!

I cancelled my Presonus premium account a month ago and they billed me anyway. I've been on hold for a very long time with no answer. Their menu is a bit confusing as well. I use a competing DAW for most of my work and I just wanted to give them a try but after all this, I won't be returning to them in the future.
