Studio one
Very unhappy I cant even create songs, studio one version 4 keep crashing upon opening, didnt always do this now it will never open , I keep getting a crash report

First of all, I only have PreSonus Studio One 2x64, but have been totally happy with it for over 10 years, until now. Can anyone tell me what would be the possible reasons why I can no longer burn or rip my own songs using it? Also, when I first turn on my computer, as the various lines of script move up, one of them indicates, 'Recording is Disabled'.

I purchased the AUDIOBOX USB 96 for the second time. I thought maybe the first one was just a dud but the second one went out in just a few months. I tried calling customer service with no luck.
If you cared about your customers, you would have a number to talk to a real person. The people I have spoken with say they are going to transfer me to support and just hang up on me.
I even went online to submit a claim. The website says someone will contact me within 24 hours but that didn't happen.

- Products stop working in less than a year

Difficulties with my studio live 32S and my studio one pro seven connecting and working properly
I bought a brand new studio Live 32S I purchased at the same time studio one Pro seven I also purchased at the same time a PC audio labs full tower computer to act together as my doll workstation. I have some kind of problem with the studio live 32S staying connected to the studio one pro seven.
It works for approximately a minute or so and then freezes up. I believe there is a problem with my brand new studio Live 32S I need help to figure out if I need to return it or if theres someone that can help me find out why this keeps happening.

Unable to get my quantum HD eight interface to work
totally disappointed with not being able to talk to someone in person it is a time waster trying to go through your Support website. Its not specific enough nor does it get directly to my issue. Im starting to have buyers remorse.

Studio one worthless unless they resolve the issue

Not able to create my person's account. Just received my Quantum ES2
I bought one of their Quantum ES units that were supposed to come with Studio One Plus. You are supposed to download Studio One Plus into your iPad, but it doesn't download.
So, when I finally got a hold of somebody called Fender, they gave me three options. The third option was PreSonus. They told me the answers to the questions I had could only be answered by making a support ticket, and it takes a day to hear back. A two-minute conversation could take a week.
They don't provide tech support with whom you can have a conversation. This stuff is too complicated for that. I'm going to need someone to talk to or with to figure this out.
I returned the item. Fender bought PreSonus and basically destroyed the tech support.

Disappointed, not pissed. I asked a simple question to a number of folks, some salespeople at Sweetwater, Gregor via YouTube, etc.
I simply want to know HOW or IF I can hook up my Focusrite 18i20 AND my Focusrite Clarett+ Octopre to the HD8 as additional mic inputs and use the HD8 as a master via USB to the computer. I would like a simple diagram on the flow path and the settings required inside the HD8. Currently, I have the Focusrite 18i20 as my USB audio interface and the Focusrite Clarett+ Octopre as the support channels.
HOWEVER, in this setup, the Octopre is the CLOCK MASTER VIA ADAT, and the 18i20 is synced to the Octopre. How does this chain work with the HD8 with TWO ADAT sources?

User's recommendation: Advertising implys the ability to be able to have available 24 channels but little to no detail on HOW in either Youtube or the instructions. PLEASE have Gregor or someone issue if this can or if this CANNOT be achieved by means explained above.

Pre amp
I got the 2418c, 8 channel interface. I used it for a few months and the preamp blew during a session.
It also blew out my monitors that are also Presonus. I called and then had to go online. When I filed my complaint, the bottom screen said that technical support would not take the email. I then went to customer support and it gave me a link to file my complaint and it sent me back to technical support.
The website takes you in circles and on the phone, there is not a live person to speak to about this issue.
I spent over $1000 on this and I can't even use my investment. Not happy!

CDL12L is randomly resetting
Hello. 2 years ago we installed 4 presonus cdl12p speakers at our place of worship.
Is 2 years we now had 3 occasions where 1 of the speakers changed settings on its own. We have that speaker set to -14bd to match volume we need.
And it randomly changed that setting to -1bd.
Non of other 3 speakers ever did this. Please let me know if this is an issue you ever encountered before, and what is the solution?

I have the same problem! I bought I years prescription of studio one 6 + in may and 3 weeks ago I was entered my presonus userpage and all my purchase history was gone and support says that there is no account registered with my mail!
I have been trying to get an answer from them but still I have not heard from them or still I neither can download studio one or use any of my bought products!
I have still 6 months of payed membership at studio one sphere! This is so freaking bad
